1. About these terms
James Jordan Golf is a golf coaching practice based in Moorpark, California. By using this website, contacting us, booking a lesson, purchasing a coaching service, or participating in a clinic, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a junior, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission to act on the player’s behalf.
2. Coaching services
Coaching may include private lessons, junior development, clinics, swing analysis, practice planning, on-course guidance, and online coaching. Coaching is educational and performance-oriented; results vary based on a player’s goals, practice, health, experience, and other factors. No specific score, handicap, tournament result, or athletic outcome is guaranteed.
3. Booking, payment, and scheduling
Appointments, clinics, and coaching plans are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when the requested service and payment arrangements have been accepted by James Jordan Golf. Prices, inclusions, and session lengths are described on the relevant page or confirmed during scheduling.
Please arrive ready to begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the available coaching time. If James Jordan Golf must reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and offer an alternative time.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a private lesson. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged because that time was reserved for you. Clinic policies, package terms, or a written booking confirmation may provide different rules and will control for that service.
5. Player safety and responsibility
Players are responsible for sharing relevant medical, physical, or accessibility information before instruction begins. Golf involves physical activity and inherent risks. Each player should warm up appropriately, follow safety directions, use equipment responsibly, and stop if they feel pain, dizziness, or illness. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and transportation of minors.
6. Website content and communications
We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but content may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material. When you contact us, you agree that we may reply using the contact information you provide.
7. Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, training materials, and other content belong to James Jordan Golf or its respective licensors. You may view the site for personal use, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute protected material without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, James Jordan Golf is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in coaching. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the business, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to jfjpga@gmail.com or +1 (818) 437-3989.
